Men's Shoe Fitting Tips
- Measure your feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest.
- Wear the type of socks you plan to use with the shoes when measuring.
- If your feet are different sizes, always buy for the larger foot.
- There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
- Men's and women's sizes differ — a men's AU 8 is roughly a women's AU 9.5–10.
- Width matters too — look for D (standard) or E/EE (wide) fittings for wider feet.
Note: Shoe sizes can vary between brands and manufacturers. Always try shoes on where possible and consult the retailer's specific size guide.
